Thrifting is awesome. Funny how my grandma and one other friend told me about this for years. Only to get my own home in 2013 and started thrifting and my home is filled with many second hand clothes, shoes, dishes, and home decor! Love your style and content.

Lauren, what you may not know about the Birkenstocks, if the cork becomes damaged or the bottom tread delaminates, you can send them in and have them refurbished! Yeah! I walked into my favorite GW store and discovered an end cap stocked with all Kate Spade purses, most had never been used or gently used and priced between 22.99 and 29.99. While I could have gone ridiculously overboard, I only purchased 1, yes I left about 10 for someone else! I have also found some really great finds through the years. Good will hunting!

@@LaurenManz as gross as it sounds, don't wear gloves. I find so many high quality items because I can feel the material before I even see the item. You can easily feel cashmere, silk, linen and other higher quality brands like Lululemon without gloves. Also, I go early and during the week when there are much fewer people there and bring a large bag like an ikea bag incase you don't get a cart!

I love your thrifting videos. I love your comfy style. I agree, since I started thrifting about 3 yrs ago I cannot bring myself to go to a Department Store and pay their prices unless absoutely necessary. I have a hard time thrifting jeans because I have larger hips and a smaller waist, so I do still get most of my jeans at a regular store.

@@LaurenManz I used to only buy Lane Bryant jeans. Recently, ( because of price) I have been getting Old Navy or Sophia Vergara from Walmart. Once again, after becoming a thrifter just can't pay those Lane Bryant prices. $89 $99 for a pair of jeans? Never again
