Thanks for your Tips, very valuable, i just have a question about the first tip which is what concerns me for now, about the metal thickness, i can't find good information about how much thickness is the minimum, i know it depends on many things like the structure and the place of the metal, but can you share some general tips on how thick should the metal be at the least to hold it's structure
@PJChenJewelryDesign Жыл бұрын
You are right, There is no standard for the thickness and it all depends on the design
@kooshanjazayeri Жыл бұрын
@@PJChenJewelryDesign Thanks for your reply, and your content which is very useful but can you share your experience about how thick should be the metal (specially gold) to be pintable and makeable at least in 2 situation, first in a Mesh structure and second on it's own, as in a single simple ring, to be useable, like can a single wire of 0.6mm hold it's structure on it's own in a ring shaped or can you suggest a way for me to find out about these matters? is there a book or specific article i can look into

Amazing.. truly thank you! You are so clear and concise - I watch all of the videos and am sincerely considering signing up for membership and even purchase the other courses. I do a lot of ring prototyping with my 3D printer from home, but I am considering getting a 3D printer that is more suitable for ring prototypes. Do you have a suggestion on which 3D printer I should get for these purposes ? I currently have a PRUSE MK3 (I’ve had it for architecture school, and have since graduated - as I mentioned I don’t think it gives me the finite detail i look for in the rings for a prototype. Thanks so much PJ.
