Perhaps I missed it, but it would be helpful for those of us new to your videos to know at least what zone & your weather conditions are. I get that you are wetter than most figs like, but that could be anywhere from S Canada to Florida. You could do it as part of your opening spiel for every show. There are always newbies such as myself.

Heck yeah man. Another great video with wonderful info. I’m truly enjoying following you and looking forward to more. Quick question, since you have such limited space (me as well in dallas), do you have some trees that get only a few hours of sun? How do they perform? I’m running some experiments this year in 3.5-4 hours of sun. No space but I WANT MORE FIGS. Wishing you the best. I’m giving your you tube to a new grower in VT that I’m chatting with on Reddit. She can benefit a lot from your videos.

Thank you for the nice words, I have the same problem with not too much sunny spots in my yard. My best success has been with LSU Tiger for a les sunny spot

@@RKfigs Oh funny you brought that one up. I can't seem to get an answer on if LSU Tiger and regular Tiger (Panache) are the same or different. Do you happen to know? I got lucky at the supermarket last week and they had a bunch of ripe panache. They were just crazy good. The inside was bright red and straight jam. They might have been pollinated with the wasp; that's how crazy they were. I am considering getting it, but I dont have the wasp. And really dont have space. I love my fig problems in this world

Very impressive display of figs. You should try an electric-fogger, I use one that can output 250ml per minute of fog/mist. It allows me to spray expensive things like IGRs in a cost effective way. You could also use powders in all your dry outdoor corners & crevices. You should probably even soak that fence in one of the two long-lasting termite-&-ant chemicals.

Cayenne pepper stops ants as does crushed egg shells. Smyrna fig trees are best for dried figs . Its best to par boil figs in sea water then dry in rhe hot sun , they do this in Portugal Spain and Italy

Try a classic like White Marseilles, mine were perfect this year though I'm 9b. My WM doesn't react at all to freezes & I could almost say it has never spent a day not growing in comparison to my other 7 varieties.
