10. I feel like I'm one of the few people who likes her Hisoutensoku remix better than her original. The original portrays the ice factor pretty well, but Hisoutensoku more portrays her personality. 9. ZUN did a good job with this one. The theme perfectly resembles fighting a powerful deity, while still retaining that sweet oriental Touhou feel. 8. Again, pretty freakin' awesome. I would imagine a more fast-paced theme for fighting a phoenix, but this theme definitely symbolizes the coolness factor that ZUN was going for. I'm callin' it right now, IN has best soundtrack. 7. Pretty overused theme, but it's great nonetheless. It's catchy, fits Remi, the instruments sound great, and the generally slow-paced tempo definitely fits a battle with a vampire. Wait, does this mean the term vampire exists in Japan, too? 6. The tune of this kinda sounds like U.N. Owen Was Her?, but it has a much more panicky feel, kinda frantic. It fits the mystery that is Nue. 5. I'm still callin' it. Best soundtrack. I really like the sort of Japanese tune this one has, especially around the middle. Man, I wish I was good at Touhou... 4. Possibly THE most famous Touhou theme (though that's probably Flan's theme). This theme actually sounds kinda 16-bit in some places, like the beginning, but it embodies a regal, yet powerful opponent. 3. It's Shikieiki, everybody's FAVORITE! Despite how hated she is, in and outside of the Touhou universe, she actually has a surprisingly catchy theme, with simple tunes but still some high complexity. 2. Personally, I prefer the first-phase theme, but this one definitely displays a great sense of power, perfect for Saigyouji's final attack. 1. ZUN made this theme with two words in mind. Holy. Shit. Seriously, for possibly the hardest Touhou final boss to date, and for being a freaking NUCLEAR SUN GOD HELL CROW, this theme is the textbook DEFINITION of panic. When this theme plays, you'd better be at your absolute best (varies on difficulty) or you may end up being extra crispy. You can FEEL the intensity and heat of this battle. Absolutely perfect.

Really good list, I especially love #3 out of these specific ones. For my favourite of all time, though, I'd have to go with Alice's theme from PCB, "Doll Judgement". Intense, fast-paced, and hectic, with a great melody and a large variety in styles/genres throughout the song complimenting each other flawlessly.

During her final spell in Perfect Cherry Blossom: 「反魂蝶 -参分咲-」 "Resurrection Butterfly -30% Reflowering-" this music plays. it is simply a rearrangement of Border of Life done by ZUN himself. It would be ideal to search "Yuyuko's Final Theme - Border of Life" if you want to listen to this song.

Mokou's full name is Fujiwara no Mokou, and not Mokou no Fujiwara. This kiind of name was common is the medieval aristocracy in Japan, and it would mean "XXX from the XXX family", so in Mokou's case, Mokou from the Fujiwara family.
