I believed BNI Ethics and policies very well. Ubiquitous to say, the Quality of the members in any kind of Clubs / Professions at least 50 to 60 % are non performers despite the club emphasises on regular training programs. Senior or core group members ignore or care least about their members and are very self centric. Few of these combinations (some could not mention) are strong reasons why I had to leave. Despite my ardent intuition (Roles & contribution) towards the BNI, I had to leave with a heavy heart.

Rico MC Do you mean you don't understand "follow up on referrals"? For example, I aid students in acing the ACT and SAT tests by tutoring them one on one or in a group setting. My mother who is a teacher, recently told a fellow teacher who knows a lot of high school foreign exchange students. This fellow teacher was very interested and needed to explore her finances. So my job is, in a week or a week and a half, to contact that fellow teacher and reiterate of my services and see if there is any questions I can answer for her.
