There is no nursing shortage. Just nurses leaving abusive patient ratios and low pay for the cost of living. Going overseas is a financial strategy. Offering even less to international nurses. RN here.

There are over 50 international recruiting agencies as this is not a new process, its been here gor agaes. I didn't do research on all of it 50+ agencies.
