You need to have passed the Nclex to apply for a direct hire or agency whichever one you choose but you need the Nclex.

Hey you do not need to pass the nclex to apply with an agency. They take you without and work with you to get it. However, if you have it before applying its gonna be a bonus for you. Also with direct hire it's a possibility that you can apply without it as well (I'm not too sure about DH).
