I think the absolute weirdest one was the forced creepy one he had with Ana aka the Spider-Queen. In a Spider-Man, Captain America team up where the two faced this anthropath super villain who used her overwhelming strength and power to basically over power and sexually assault Peter. Which somehow mutated him into a Pregnant Man-Spider who reluctantly gave birth to himself… Which is how before OMD Peter was given organic webbing akin to McGuire in the films, and Anthropathy.

The writers couldn't even remember Captain Marvel knew Spider-man was Peter Parker later after their date around the time Spidey was dating Mockingbird. One of my fave ones was the Spider-man and Silver Sable in the What if? They did have a kiss in the normal universe and she tried to hook up with him during that spidey, black widow and sable crossover against Doc Ock.

When they introduced Jill Stacey they were really trying to recreate something that never existed. They thought adding Jill would create a Peter/MJ/Jill love triangle that they said was reminiscent of the Peter/Gwen/MJ love triangle back in the 1960s. But that never was a thing - when MJ first appeared Peter dated her briefly (at the time he thought Gwen wasn't interested in him), but MJ said she didn't want a relationship, so then Peter started dating Gwen. Up until Gwen died there was never a "love triangle" between the three of them - during that time MJ dated Harry.
