😂😂You guys are the best! As an older white woman, I honestly never gave it a thought. If I like a song, I will play the he** outta it. Don’t care about the genre. This was insightful. All were pretty solid, though I honestly was introduced to Paramour here today. Though I’m older, so new music sometimes has to be introduced by outside influences.

Kenny Loggins wrote what a fool believes with Michael McDonald. It’s a crazy story and Michael’s biography where he only had that first sentence and Kenny Loggins never having worked with him before happens to be at his front door, ready to start writing and heard the song through the door and said oh my God that’s great. Let’s start with that. Kenny is a beast too. Kenny’s got so many great songs that Black people love - like ThIs It a Footloose. And Michael is background on a lot of his songs just like Kenny is on Michael’s. There’s a lot of love there and love with Steely Dan and Michael McDonald doing all the backgrounds.
