I recommend Astra for both reasons. I believe it's incredibly powerful and one of the best multi-purpose WordPress themes out there right now. Especially for the fact that it's free. Obviously there are better things out there but you have to pay for them so for the fact that it is free, I'm surprised with how much customization control it actually offers you. Not only do I think it's powerful, but I also recommend it because it is super easy to use. There's another WordPress theme that I really like. It's also free and way more powerful than Astra and it's called Blocksy. However, because it's more complicated, it is more difficult to use and takes a lot longer to explain and teach so this is why I choose Astra. It's the best of all three. Free, easy to use, and powerful. Hope this helps.

Good morning. Please my hosting service expired and I didn't renew it on time and now I can't login to my WordPress account

No problem, you just have to log into your Hosting account and get in touch with your hosting provider's tech support and get it resolved. That is not a Wordpress issue, that is a hosting issue, so you have to talk to your hosting to fix it. All you will need to do is update your payment information and they should put your site back up.
