I think they were both perfect. I found SRK very charming in the film despite his age. SRK has never looked so good in the 50 years he has lived (according to me). JHMS was terrible in terms of its script writing. But SRK acted well portraying his role. There was nothing wrong there. Also Imtiaz Ali is a well known director, but sometimes, films won't do well, just like Kabir Khan with Tubelight. Great directors can also have terrible films too. But that doesn't mean, overall everything is terrible. In the end, SRK and Anushka played their roles well. Hopefully, writers are given more credit to make better scripts!
