Florida is in many respects part of "The Deep South" Americas region of hate. These are the cities and counties in Florida with the worst civil right records and dangerous conditions to live. We let the numbers determine the ranks and explain to you the reasons why its that way.

Thanks, Jose! This is helpful! My son who is black, specifically from Ethiopia, wants to move to Miami in a few years (when he turns 18). I’ve warned him of the cost of living being high there and also about the racism but I think his mind is set on going, at least for now. We currently live in Austin, TX and previously lived in Los Angeles, CA.

You keep referencing over dosing rates again & again. Where are your stats on drug dealing & trafficing drugs arrest & prostitute per capita. You never mention these rates per ethnicity? Also you only said black homicide rates. What % of the homicides were committed by each ethnicity according to your analitics? You failed to add those facts to this video ?

I used to spend a lot of my summers in Gilchrist County, since I have family members there. At first it feels like a beautiful country area with serene farmland along with all the natural springs and the Suwannee river and the massive oak trees. It really feels beautiful along 129. Yet even when I was a kid I always got an uneasy feeling there, it feels very unfriendly and hostile to outsiders. I wouldn't wanna venture on the country roads after dark. Beyond that, Trenton and Bell feel like they belong to Georgia or Alabama kinda life. So glad we didn't move out here, no opportunities to get ahead. And people wanna say that country life is better. Brevard County has only gotten worse in crime and racism in recent years. Can't even drive around Melbourne at night anymore without seeing a bunch of police patrolling across the entire city. Increase in shootings as well throughout neighborhoods. It's a shame because even as recent as 10 year's ago Melbourne and Palm Bay were some of THE cities in Florida people wanted to move to, Melbourne at one point felt like a nice place to be, but I agree there's just too many systematic problems here. You can just tell with people's interactions and expressions that the locals living here are just unhappy with their lives.

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Trenton is a dying town. The only traffic light in the county is right at the historical town center at 26 and 129. The only growth there has been a McDonald's, a Dollar General, and a grocery store (which did open as a Walmart neighborhood market), which I guess is better than other nearby towns with no investments at all, probably because you're just outside Gainesville (which isn't all that much for being a big Florida city). A few years ago I'd imagine that Gilchrist was a place that people were moving to to escape the more unaffordable parts of Florida. The rivers and all the springs and the natural country settings makes it a very beautiful place. It's such a shame that it's such a very awful uncomfortable county to live in. Doesn't even have a Florida feel at all either.

The south doesn’t have that at all in face it’s more diverse than it’s northern counter parts. I understand you are trying to make money but spreading lies isn’t the way to do it. In fact your statistics are completely fabricated. For example violent crimes in Putnam county is 3.882 per 1,000. Yet you said the murder rate for black Americans was 162 per 1000. So that is completely false.

Georgia passed voting laws because Black people voted Trump out in 2020. Up North, the civilians can’t just outright practice racism on other civilians. Down South, Ahmad Aubrey.. Trayvon Martin. In Mississippi, 2 inbred father & son duo shot at a Black FedEx driver, and if it wasn’t for an outcry, they’d never be charged. Just like Aubrey in Georgia. The KKK is alive and well in the South. Regular civilians can get away with murder

You’re going to need to address the emerging demographic of African American with college degrees. This population is moving to Jacksonville in the highest number in the country. New housing is (finally) going up and unprecedented public and private investment particularly the Emerald Trail with $100 million + re development of the urban McCoy/Hogan creeks.
