Tello is also great! I think US Mobile is a bit cheaper though if you’re willing to pay annually. Are there specific data amounts from Tello that you think have better rates?
@h0tyyAlcatel7 ай бұрын
It depends on what you are looking for, indeed anually does make it cheaper sometimes, but personally when I was checking US Mobile's site I found the plans to be too inflexible. Also, it depends on if you use the phone a lot. I like that in Tello you can usually save some money for shedding unlimited talk, since I barely make any voice calls and when I do I use Google Voice Whatsapp etc. In relation to these plans: US Mobile $10 for 2GB, unlimited talk/text vs Tello $7 for 5GB, unlimited text, 100 mins talk, $9 for 500 mins talk US Mobile $15 to pay anually for 10GB, $16 to pay monthly with Tello (100 mins talk, unlim. text) US Mobile $15 plan gives 1mbps data after too.So I guess better if you want to pay anually. Of course it depends on the needs. Personally,my sweet spot is 15GB, I pay $21/month for that at Tello.

Also for additional lines you add they are giving you the first 3 months for $1. Code is “3Months” per their site. You get 50 GB of 5G data then it does crawl to like 550kb after that. Helium has a plan to for $20 a month on the TMO network. They give you 35 gb data before slowing you down. Maybe something to add to the lineup here. @@JB-1184 in my opinion, yes. Regular 5G in my area, at times, is slower than LTE. Having unlimited 5G ultra wideband is worth it. I get 1gbps down and 200-300mbps upload

Us cellular definitely sounds like it has a good plan but they don't support service around the Boston area which is a major miss considering its one of the bigger cities in the US 😔

So when you were talking about the number of lines, if you have multiple devices such as an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch all with cellular capabilities that would count as three devices meaning the best option ends up being to go with one of the majors, is that correct or do iPads and Apple Watches not apply to the number of lines? I know some carriers have different pricing for non-phone devices that still have the ability to use the cellular network on their own.

I downloased your aoo/coverage map on my chromebook and it won't 'close' nor 'uninstall'! is dragging my speed down, very annoyed

Your prior iteration of this was quite informative, as well. As a current US Mobile customer (dropped Verizon cause of your info), I hope you'll take another dive into their services again once "Project Deathstar" gets unleashed officially in about a month, please, cause I'm interested to hear your take on it.

Surprised there’s no mention of Mint Mobile? Also I’d say annoying thing of prepaid that should be standard across the industry is being able to get account info for point out when you sign up for service. Took mint forever and a transfer to another adviser before they took a while to provide me the details in case I wanted to switch. I don’t like the Mint is not taxes and other fees included. Otherwise it’s been good despising if I want to reup with them or not

Why do some comparison websites (or videos) make a big deal about MMS on IoS? Does that not just work once you have cellular data?
