If you have ever had anyone pick on you as a child, then they turn around and pick on the only person that is trying their best to give you a good life, but they're falling short, you know what bars and melody are rapping about. Bars is the rapper, he's rapping about going to school, wanting and needing social interaction with peers that sympathize with him. Instead he's bullied for wanting to be loved and for being loved by someone so much that, even though she was terrified of failure, she tried harder with every fall, bc giving up was not an option for her. Those kids made him feel as though he was the reason his mom was struggling and that he didn't deserve even a mother's love, so now they're attacking her for caring about him. It's a torrent vicious cycle. I was told in 7th grade I needed makeup and that's why I was so ugly... They're loveseat surfers now and im doin me! These boys have insane abilities for touching hearts and they're using it to do good. I'll listen to almost anythkng they make.
