Portugal´s rulebook really has to alleviate ballasts for sure. All of these machines could have run way lighter but in order to fit their Class they need the Extra Weight...

Não está nem perto, aqui é Portugal, Brasil ah de lá chegar mas Portugal é muito mais forte no que toca a hillclimb com provas a contar para o campeonato europeu e tudo mais.
