No matter what you study as an international student you can enroll in paid digital skills training conducted by UK training companies. It usually lasts for three to four months and comes with practical work experience that enables you to get entry jobs and sponsorship. You can enroll in one of these training before you graduate and start looking for jobs. (DevOPs, Data analysis, cybersecurity, KYC analyst, software tester, etc). People get into those areas even without a degree. You just need to be in the Uk first. And coming to study any course gives you the opportunity. However, you can even do those digital training even from outside the UK and get a job with sponsorship to work in the UK. I hope this helps

The best job openings now are in data, cybersecurity, teaching, nursing, project management, social work - only do degrees that will give you experience and portfolio projects to do these jobs - better yet build up your skills in these field back home and come on a Tier 2 visa as the student fees are too expensive and from next year you cannot bring your families - there is a lot you can learn online mostly for free if you know where to look

If you do your research for your specific career, you might find specific companies who find you a job in that area. For example: Timeplan Education works with teachers etc.

I would advise you to ignore the digital marketing advise. There are loads of full-time jobs for entry level and 1 year experience. Is it difficult, yes but there are many fields within digital marketing

Don’t study Masters in public health, although it’s in the occupational shortage list, it’s very very difficult for immigrants to get jobs because you don’t have knowledge of the local landscape and work experience!
