Never heard of UROC writing format. CRAC, IRAC, CREAC are formats but now I get the impression to simply show your logic and thought process regardless of method.

UROC is essentially IRAC done really well. CREAC and CRAC are essentially the same, though CREAC tends to be more detailed. The heart of all of them though is specific law + specific fact = specific conclusion and then all the specific conclusions add up to your general conclusions.
