Nice list! You need to play Dragon Quest 11 mate, that game is stellar. Though I feel you, you really have to be in the mood for it. Also, big fan of the 3DS love - it's a great platform for JRPGs!

Thanks! I'm glad to hear your high praise of Dragon Quest 11. I may just have to move it ahead of some other games on this list. Chrono Trigger and Xenoblade are top priorities and then I'll see from there. I'm planning to start playing my 3DS more lately.

@90shandheldgamer I think you'll love Chrono Trigger for sure, that seems right up your alley. Xenoblade is fantastic too but the battle system may need some getting used to. But once it clicks, oooooooh boy

This is a fantastic list! You have sooooo many great games ahead of you! I have my own list of games I still haven't played...don't we all! Also, YAY, DBZ: Kakarot is awesome!!! It tells the story perfectly! Also, Dragon Quest XI:S is soooo good, out of everything here, I would recommend that first!

Great list Bro. A lot of those on my list too but taking my time. Finished unicorn overlord which was amazing and finishing Mario rpg. Ys X is next for me and honestly Ys 8 is amazing you should def play that next. I like to jump to action RPG’s between strategy and turn based

Nice list! You won't go wrong with any of these. VGP was selling all three Atelier Ryza games for a deal so I grabbed them all at the end of October. Looking forward to playing those. DQ11 and DBZ are so good! All the best!

Great list! Chrono Trigger & Fire Emblem Shadows of Valentia are must plays imo! Chrono Trigger is a short but fantastic game. Played it for the first time last year and I can’t recommend it enough! SoV is my personal favorite of the FE 3DS games (Awakening is great too!!!!). It’s very different from the switch games, but the story, characters, and visual style make it worth it imo. It’s extremely tough but if you learn how to properly build characters it becomes pretty easy. I’d recommend playing all the Xenoblade games in a binge. That’s what I’m currently doing now, I just got to XC3 and it’s pretty good so far!

Awesome video! Chrono Trigger is amazing bro, no shame if you use a guide. Xenoblade Chronicles is incredible too, 3 is my personal fav but 1 is a banger. I still need to beat 2 and XcX (can't wait for re release.). Unicorn Overlord & DQ11 are just fantastic as well lol. JRPGS are tough because theres so many great ones now. They can be huge titles and you really have to connect with them. Highly recommend Dragon's Dogma but it's deff more action rpg based. 👍
