TOP 15 MONSTERS || St. Agatha HillClimb 2023

As usual, St. Agatha Bergrennen featured probably the most insane entrylist of the year, featuring machines from 3 different ultra competitive championships: Berg-Cup, Austria and Switzerland. With even some crazy wild-cards, as the ProSpeed Quattro S1 Pikes Peak and Rybnicek´s KTM X-Bow, mixed with some proper NA High-Revving machines, GT3 units and the proper Turbo Monsters, we got here a good idea of who´s the fastest overall in Europe this year. I’m a sucker for that in-line 5 rumble, but that Omega though… Schagerl phenomenal as always, Weidinger absolutely insane, 5 sec gaps to the very same car in such a short run is remarkable. Can’t really pick one this time, they are all AWESOME.

I'm streaming from cell phone to television, and seems fine. Do you have a timestamp? Hcf has done a incredible job with production and editing of these videos, I always have taken note of their quality. I'll listen for any audio issues for ya though...

Wow, that was really something! First up Roland fired one off In turn followed by Herman who had a blast Peter went hard as usual while Marcel left no gap for Hannes who flew like the zen then Jurgen was obviously thirsty for a lager and Erwin tried his luck only to see Michael catch the fish while Peter sure was in a hurry to get a burger then Marek took a bow in his KTM while Thomas was lunching on strass Nikolay was at his peak and Dan surely wasn't driving a bus Jorg rang his bell befitting a dinger and Karl couldn't wait to see his girl. That's all Folks!

So many amazing cars. So many amazing drivers. Great in-car footage. As to my fav, unusual for me, but I actually have to hand the plaudits to Karl Schlagerl and his VW Golf. Sure, significant power, but certainly not as much as some of the others. Something that really enthused me, as weird as this may sound, is that the tuning appeared perfect. No overfueling (to protect an engine as seems to be the ploy with other tuners). Great runs all!

Cool race , I should propably watch this next year . But the engine hp stats are way to high for hill climb , a 2l TSI with 800hp ? You would need a massiv turbo with a massive lag , this does'nt make sense on a hill climbing or race car . The normal upgrade kits are up to around 500hp , wich would be plausible .

The S1 is on its first year fo development. Quite far from its full potential. But braking power isn´t one of its issues. The gearbox and failed downshifts were, on this case.
