Little and often is spot on. The same principle works for food preps for at home or indeed camping/bugout food preps. Chuck a couple of extra items in with your regular shopping, and grab a few of whatever items you come across which are on special offer, and which you like. Weird example there are packs of dried shiitake mushrooms in Lidl at the moment for £1, normally they'd be 4 or 5 quid, but that's just me as I like to cook Japanese at home and even out in the field. Whatever floats your boat.

I use the folding stove and the fuel tabs regularly and can't fault them made many cups of tea and food on them whilst out and about. They don't take up much space and weigh very little. I would recommend 👌

I have a question from the U.S. In countries that banned firearms and confiscated them from their subjects. What are you prepping for? Your government is heavily armed and your defenseless. What do you do when things get violent?

Fire arms are not banned here as most Americans think. You just need a certificate to own or keep one. I live in a county which has the largest gun ownership per capita in the uk. Anyone can apply for a shotgun certificate and unless you have a criminal record or have mental problems you can get one, usually for vermin control or field sports. You also apply for a firearm certificate which is for rifles which is harder to get as you need to provide a reason why you need a firearm. The armed forces are answerable to the crown and not the government and the crown is there to protect the people from the government as the people or sovereign and the government is not. Unlike the US where the head of state and government are one and the same our head of state is separate from government. This protects the people from government but also protects the people from the head of state. We are not defenceless in any way

@@TheBugOutShop well you didn't really answer my question. What are you prepping for? Preppers I know in the U.S. we can put away food supplies including whatever firearms we like and can afford. In my state I don't have to ask anyone for permission and I don't need a reason to own any kind of firearm. We prep for anything that can happen. I'm set up to bug in if need be. I have food stores and supplies in my house and if things get violent like desperate neighbors trying to get to my family and our supplies I have the means and the training to deal with that

@@GuardDawg87 In the UK its no different really as much of the reasons for prepping are the same. Most i would say would look at prepping as an insurance policy against any unknown situation.

You can prep’ for anything. One thing that I prep’ for is bad weather. In the UK, we only have to see the word “snow” and the country comes to a total standstill. I have personally been stuck on a motorway overnight because traffic ahead has blocked the road. In this instance have extra warm clothes / sleeping bag and being able to make a warm drink and food has been great and made the night a lot more comfortable for myself a couple of other drivers around me.

Just subbed, you sir are doing a great service to the general populace, won't be able to eat mre/ freeze dried meals as they contain too many carbs 🙁 This list could save your life, I could spend a fortune at your shop 🤣🤣 but the divorce would cost me more😂
