Just to clarify, the 360 Panorama View is for 360 KZbin Videos you can watch in your web browser and even your oculus, so for example you can show around the map and how to do stuff etc. You can move your head around to look around (or drag your mouse) so thats why it looks like that.

It might be because you have controller drift on the joystick that you use to walk. If that is the issue then you will kinda move in certain directions against your will. Is that what you're talking about?
