They have re-made it a couple of times to update with the times/tech. I loved the first version because to play a medic you had to sit through a slide show in a classroom and take a test that is very close to real world first aid/stop the bleed courses. They cut down the training portions in later editions.

Hell let loose and war of rights are two of my most played games ever, and i recently got six days in fallujah and am having a blast with it so far. In six days I have no friends to play it with currently but I have not had a single bad experience with random players yet

@@vince-pg5re in my opinion Hell Let Loose is the best of them, it has the best mix of gamey shooter and tactical gameplay. Plus a rather active community. War of rights is good if you think you'd like the slower, but a lot tighter community of the civil war based game. I recommend joining a regiment (clan) of you want to get into some really good games.

Another game that’s not on here is squad 44 currently post scriptum u can peek ur tank hatch and use binoculars and die inside tanks if they pen ur armour it’s more milsim when it comes to armour then squad

verdun and tannenberg are full of bots now and are not getting regular up dates r6 is not even a millsim and American army looks like a regular fps and enlisted is not a millsim its arcade like i game play (but fun) ww3 looks like a battle feld dame same with hired ops and ironsight but I have never played some of them so I don't know 4/10 :)
