I know this is somewhat nitpicky, but I would have specified Persona 3 FES. There's regular Persona 3 and then there's the updated FES version. Persona 3 FES made a couple of smaller scale changes and it has The Answer for anyone who even cares for that. Then again, the later isn't being included for Persona 3's remake; so most newer players probably wouldn't even bother with The Answer in Persona 3 FES. Especially with The Answer being controversial. Though newer players would go for the former mentioned factor in FES.

Ya, pretty much what was my thought when i saw it. Legendia or Abyss would be the only ones I'd say apply to this video as they've been using English footage...now if he said the PS2 era of gaming and stated at some point that it could be on PS2 or other consoles released in that generation I'd agree with him but this video just said PS2. Personally for videos like this I use the first console the game releases on if I was to make a list for games (why Tokyo Xanadu is a Vita game imo even though a better/expanded version is on PS4 or Graces F is technically a Wii game as it released there first even if we only got PS3/current consoles with the recent remaster in the west but if we go by western release I'd say PS3 game I guess or at least PS3 generation). Besides Legendia or Abyss I'd say Destiny DC, Rebirth, or Destiny 2 would be fair game for PS2 Tales as well, especially as the first 2 have fan subs now and one's being worked on the third (granted i haven't played any of them to completion as my PC can't runt hem well (it's a 10 year old piece of shit that was more of an office PC than gaming PC) but I did play a bit of Rebirth PSP while watching a fan subbed video run but the menus and all made it near impossible to figure out what i was doing/what effects my equipment had so I dropped it midway...still I'd probably say Abyss likely still beats them out barely overall). Symphonia should just be in a GC video or a generic best rpg video games of all time/best tales of all time game list imo (personally my favorite Tales game, rpg, and video game of all time so it' leads #1 in all of those). Abyss would be my #2 overall, #3 story after Symphonia at 1 and Berseria at 2 though. Only game not on this list I'd put on my own over a few of these other games would be Radiata Stories though...granted maybe Odin Sphere too (though I only played the PS Vita remaster which made some changes to combat/comboing to make combat faster so maybe I'd not be into the PS2 version's slower combat as much).

Oh boy...Dragon Quarter. That game killed Breath of Fire...until Breath of Fire 6 came out and proved to be even worse. I know that breaking the cycle was an important part of not just the game's story, but also what they wanted to do with the game's design. However, the developers squandered that. Instead of Dragon Quarter, I would've had Xenosaga Episode 3. It's the best of Xenosaga and learned from the gameplay mistakes of Episode 2. While also improving upon something Xenosaga Episode 2's game play did correctly and that was the implementation of the ES mecha. It also brought back the majority of the Episode 1 voice cast while allowing for Momo's Episode 2 actress to improve upon her role. They also kept Jin Uzuki's Episode 2 actor; which many agree was a good move. He fits the character so well and not to mention the Episode 1 actor hardly any lines to work with for Jin.

A couple of those arguably aren't RPGs at all, notably Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Final Fantasy X is best avoided; battle system and music are average, story and vast majority of the cast just plain awful. And seriously, no Suikoden V? Better than pretty much everything on that list with the POSSIBLE exception of Persona 4, indeed it's a very strong contender for best RPG on the system.

@@RAYHANREHEMAPUTRA First off, it has the worst RPG protagonist I have ever seen with the POSSIBLE exception of Edge Maverick; Tidus is a whiny, stupid man-child who makes me want to punch him every time he opens his mouth. Yuna is an equally stupid doormat. Wakka and even Lulu are both idiots. Kimahri is just there. Rikku is nice but also a world-class hypocrite. And that's just the character highlights. Story makes little sense, especially the "Tidus is a dream" twist. And the voice acting is beyond painful.
