Unfun fact: A German soldier in WWII actually had something very similar to the piano fate after being captured by Russian soldiers. He got to live so long as he kept playing the piano. He played for the rest of his life (22 hours straight). After he collapsed from exhaustion he was congradulated, then promptly lethally shot as promised. Unfun fact 2: Turning into living statues is arguably realistic via "Stone man syndrome." This genetic condition causes the body to heal damage with bone as opposed to the proper soft tissue. As a result, joints become immobile as bones fuse and bridge together. Removal of the bone growths just leads to a larger one taking its place as the surgical wound heals. Late in the condition, sufferers have to decide which position they want to be stuck in for the rest of their lives. Unfun fact 3: This is a bit of a reach, but "locked in syndrome" is a bit close to the void fate. This condition outwardly presents like a coma, but sufferers are fully conscious and aware of their surroundings. They are even able to form long-term memories, but unable to communicate or move (they can apparently move their eyes up and down, but that's it).

The episode is about a chemical that mutated people and makes sharks Megolodon size (don't know why the shark wasn't the big bad), while the book was about mermaids and trying to protect them. Also in the book It Came From Beneath The Sink, Kat kills the grool by giving it love and found the laynx in the same place and way she found the grool. Also she almost got hit by a truck. And the grool changed color and had no mouth.

There was a goosebumps book that I feel like is underrated. I can't remember the name of it but it's about two kids who stay with their grandparents while their parents are on a work trip. They accidentally let out the monster that the grandparents trapped. But what's crazy is how the grandparents straight up ABANDONS the kids in the house WITH the monster still inside, KNEW there were more monsters, and planned on NOT TELLING ANYONE that the kids were trapped in the house. It ends with the kids trying to figure out how to leave despite the monsters now surrounding the house. I'm surprised it wasn't made into an episode. But then again, the book was messed up so maybe it's better it WASN'T shown on tv😅
@bizzaroblake25199 ай бұрын
How to kill a monster was the story you're thinking of. And here's the thing. They warn the kids not to open the door with the monster inside it, they leave a note on the back of their first note explaining everything and are sorry they didn't tell them sooner and more importantly not to leave the house to go in the swamp to find the grandparents as the house is the only safe place from the monsters in the swamp. The monster that was in the house was deathly allergic to humans but we can't assume the others are too. Then the siblings are trapped in the swamp while we are unsure if they get out of the swamp back to the house or the monsters get them. Only thing we know Is the monsters start waking up soon by the time they realize the danger they put themselves in since they didn't turn over the note in the house.

I watched the first two episodes of the new Goosebumps series on Disney+ and couldn't keep going. I don't know what the hell I watched, but it was not Goosebumps. It was some weird wanna CW-esque high school drama that's trying to be a Stephen King like story with a sprinkle of iconic Goosebumps McGuffins used loosely to tie the story together. Goosebumps was always focused around kids, with the added element that their parents wouldn't believe them if they told them. But here; we're dealing with teenagers about to graduate, and the parents are in on some deep conspiracy? Did the writers even read any of the Goosebumps books? The Haunted Mask, which was the second episode felt like a betrayal of the source material. Whatever that thing was, it wasn't the iconic unloved face that made it's titular book so incredible. Since when does the haunted mask turn you into a blood hungry monster?

Since then, I binged watched a lot of them and I have a lot of favorites, most of them are on this list like “Stay out of the Basement.” “Bride of the living dummy” “The Scarecrow walks at midnight” and “Haunted house game” are also good ones! The cheesy charm and the horror mixed together to make a fantastic show. And most of the episodes are faithful to the books with added differences. This show is legendary! Kids today don’t know what they’re missing, I swear.

#10 It all depends on how you wanna flip the coin. On the one hand, to be erased from time is a real bummer. But, on the other hand, considering that it was Tara “The Terrible” who got erased, would anyone go back and save her? You be the judge. And once again, little sisters that get away with anything because Mommy and Daddy spoil and/or favor them more are nothing more than worthless shit-stains.

I get what you're saying, they really made Tara a terror, but she could have grown out of that phase (since she was so young) & become the best sister as they grew up...but maybe that's wishful thinking. @@MegBat713from a writing perspective, probably only her to keep the ending simple. But, you could argue the book didn't deny the possibility of other people born the same year also being erased from time as well. 🤷 It really depends if there was an established range regarding how many people can get affected by the clock.
