Dela did that not just to leave because she didn't need the competition, but she got out of her contract by doing it. When the girls sign up for the show, they are bound by a self renewing contract that they cannot get out of. It is for life, so whenever Ru wants them, they have to abide. Doesn't matter what they're doing or where they are, they must come and perform for Ru whenever Ru wants. Doesn't matter if they don't want to, they contractually have to. Dela beat Rupaul at her own game, really. She is not bound by a contact any longer, so she's free to go and do whatever she wishes and Ru cannot stop her. Ru can't control her, and I think that's better than any money in the world: To have your freedom from a "slave" job where the person who owns you through a contract isn't getting rich off your work.

Also, Coco was set up to fail in All stars- she was due to lipsync to a Janet Jackson song but production "couldn't clear it" a couple of days before the performance. They brought her on because Alyssa was there and they wanted to push the storyline of them having a rivalry, and once they made it clear there wasn't one, they let her go.

Yes and no? If I didn't know the backstory and only saw this scene, I would just have seen it as Pearl taking Ru's comment the wrong way and personal. Hmm, there's a difference here though between dancing for dancing's sake and dancing as part of a lipsync performance. I didn't think Coco's performance on AS2 was even bad, but it was definitely lacklustre compared to everyone else's except perhaps Phi Phi's. Coco is a great dancer, but not so much if she's just dancing as an act by itself, she's an absolutely amazing dancer when her dancing is in the context of lipsynching.

Did y'all even watch the show? Bendela's lipstick moment is iconic and nobody's been at that level before or after. She is a legend and if that's cringeworthy for you, that's homophobic. Chanel's nominating herself is one of the best moments from season one and we're still talking about it. Saying that Coco is not known for her dancing is downright disrespecting. Her lip syncs are legendary and she is literally the mother of all assassins. I can't believe someone decided to upload this. Actually, now that I think about it, this video should be at number one in a top 20 cringiest moments.
