Not gonna lie, even though Plug Man isn't in Mega Man Maker yet, I still find Splash Woman to be much harder, even with a weakness weapon. And not only that, she has TWO different fighting styles in Mega Man Maker! If Splash Woman is underwater, she can fly up to the top of the screen while singing, which causes robot piranhas to come in and try to do a "You Only Live Twice" thing, and after that, she rains Laser Tridents upon you while in her high ground position. The final blow of the second attack has her plunge down to the ground to try and crush you. Keep in mind, both of these attacks are EXTREMELY HARD TO DODGE, since it basically becomes a game of Touhou when fighting her underwater. When Splash Woman is on land, her fighting style is drastically different. She remains on the ground to do two attacks, since there's no water for her to use to her advantage. These two attacks include raining Laser Tridents DOWN FROM THE SKY, and firing 5 Laser Tridents at you from across the screen. While the second attack is rather easy to avoid, the first one... not so much. Make sure you have those shield weapons handy!

I'm just gonna say this if you take the time to stop and learn the patterns without spamming then you will find most of the bosses to be pretty easy good lists but have a few exceptions 1. wood man : if you just hug any wall and jump when he uses his attack you are 90% guaranteed to avoid his attacks 2. solar man : DO NOT SPAM YOUR ATTACKS spamming is the one way ticket to death when fighting solar man be patient 3. ice man : first ice man is on the easy side of mega man bosses it's a rhythm game and once you get the flow of his predictable pattern he becomes the easiest bosses of the games.

Fighting her is basically like playing Touhou. You can't defeat her without dying at least once. (Combined with Freeze Man, she's even WORSE.)

I have no problems with your list yet. I haven't played every classic Mega Man game yet, but I'm gonna do. I think that Super Bass and Wily's Machine no. 7 deserve to be on that list. I don't understand why you didn't put Fire Man from the first Mega Man here. The count of shots he gives once is completely random and when he shots two, whether you get hit or not depends mostly on reaction and luck. Bass' first fight is hard as well and he doesn't have a set pattern at all! Beating him with no damage is really difficult. No damage rule also applies to the two bosses I mentioned but you didn't.
