A little sad you didn't add him, but I would also recommend Franculino Dju, a Bissau-Guinean from Benfica I got in the third season for 3.8m. Physically incredible (his lowest physical stat is 15) and mentals/technicals are both pretty good a striker or either of the wings. Currently leading the line in my PEC Zwolle team that's fighting for the top of the league alongside Preslav Borukov (a little older, but is free at hte start of the game at 21, and develops super well)

I pick specific nation and continent settings when determining the database at the start of a save (i.e. where you pick which leagues are playable, view only, etc.) and I load all the players who play in top divisions in Africa. If you have just used a 'large' database, that will likely be the problem as his reputation isn't big enough

I found him early on in my save trying to find an attacking midfielder, unfortunately since I’m playing Wrexham, I was a few years away from being able to get get him. By the time I could make an offer someone from either the French or Italian league bought him for $1.4 million. Which for me would have been a 2/3rds of my transfer budget.

I'd like to suggest Anis Kassem. He's a 16 year old striker/AM/Winger that plays for Tishreen in Syria. His potential range is (only) 130-160 but you can usually pick him up at the start of the game for less than €10,000, if he's loaded up in your database. If you want him, I'd suggest loading players from the Syrian league at the start of the save

Started playing Fm21 in april this year and had no idea who Matias Arezo was until he scored 28 goals in 16 Games for me while playing Sondersjyske in my second season and dominating Denmark with him Upfront. Havent tried him out this year yet but i imagine he is an absolute beast again. :D

Not on the same level. He’s 130-160 if I’m not mistaken, but Raphael Le’ai deserves respect. Z signed him for Florisdorfer and he’s like the most talented player in Oceania. Solomon Islands have a superstar and he’s gonna be huge very soon

I wouldn’t get your hopes up too high. He’s already 18 and still playing in the Solomon Islands league. The odds on him making it at any sort of higher level are extremely low. Hell, most top youth players in Spain, Italy etc don’t even actually make it, and they’re usually at the best places a player could be to get better.

@@TylerAven10 Sardar Azmoun is one of the best players to come out of Iran, who are a pretty good international team. He was also playing in the Russian league from a young age. Le’ai needs to get a move to a top league very soon and it doesn’t seem to be on the cards. I think the best he can hope for is a move to a lower league European team and maybe he can progress and get into a small team in a decent league in 2 or 3 years. I doubt he’ll get near Azmoun’s level though. He was banging in loads of goals in Russia from a young age.

Some which stop intercontinental transfers under 18, but he could still have signed for a club in a better footballing nation by now. Kacper Koswowski is incredible. In a Game, i (playing with pogon), received propost to him with a fee of 8M, when he have 17 to 18 years old. This player is much good, principaly playing center midfilder box-to-box

He's also well rated by Jurgen Klopp in real life and there have been reports we have had scouts watching him for as much as 2 years now. Seen reports we would be willing to go to as much as £5mil for him, not sure if that would be enough to sign him, or if the reports are true now (we had scouting knowledge of Minamino dating back 5 years to his time at Cerezo Osaka and waited for him to mature before moving) but its interesting and speaks of his real world level.

Alejandro Francés is also a good shout. Right back, slightly more expensive, with a 6m release clause, playing for Real Zaragoza, he already has about 13 in every important attribute. He's perfect for more midtable teams, as he should be good enough to be your backup - or even a first choice if your options are bad - as well as interested in joining you, and develops into a fine, if more defensive right back.

Signed Matias Arezo for Union Berlin for 1.1 million pounds, (besides only getting 3million in transfer budget) so he took nearly half my budget, started him because of Taiwo Awoniyi’s 6 month leg break injury in Pre season. He went on to score 26 bundesliga goals in a great first season which saw us win the Conference League and runners up in the DFB Pokal. 14 seasons later, he has finally retired winning 12 Bundesliga’s 8 DFB Pokals 1 Conference League 1 Europa League and 8 champions leagues. He is Unions all time too goal scorer and has his own stand in our new stadiums, what a player.

I had Vidovic on loan in Wisla Krakow. He reached his maximum at 20 years old. I used him as Advanced Forward but he lacked in physical attributes. Buy him ASAP and sell after 3-4 years

I just signed Layton Stewart for a $24K transfer and am paying him $36K a year. He is 24 now, did not play a single game for Liverpool, went to Bradford City and played 12 games with 1 goal. Obviously a good portion of his potential has been squandered, but my staff see him as 4.5 star potential for my team. I'm playing with Dartford in Skybet 1, but my team kinda sucks at this level so I think he will be very helpfully once he (finally) gets some experience, he's currently like my 4th striker. He scored a hat trick in his first game (and had good shots for 2 more), though, Carabao cup against a Skybet 2 team, but still. Also, Burak Ince, playing for Leicester and currently worth $44M - $55M. His physical traits look a bit better, too.

the last player is phenomenal but I still like that Traore kid from Milan, that 16 attribute in dribbling will turn into a 20, the only downside on him is his crossing but you can get a 8 all the way up to a 17 if you focus enough on it... Issahaku Abdul Fatawu, AM(C), can also play AM(R) and F, plays in Ghana, currently 17 years old. Dnipro-1 bought him in my save for 19.375K pounds. I believe his upper potential range is 170. After Dnipro bought him in 2022. I bought him for 27.5M, and the next three years he averaged 20 games, 5 goals, 6 assists and a 7.2 for me. Juve cme after him hard this last transfer window, so they are paying his full salary, 91K/165K a months, and a 32.%M pound mandatory transfer fee. If you in a non permit country, he's the best 20K you'll spend.

So when testing this, was every player at their maximum potential? As you might find that you can buy a player for less than 5 million if his potential was 140 and pay 15m if his potential is 160. Because the club should know.

While he might not be 19 and younger, or 5 million or less, but Julian Alvarez (21) for 6.5 million at start is a quality buy who can play anywhere upfront. 16 first touch, 15 technique, 14 work rate and teamwork, 15 stamina and fitness means he's ready made for most sides.

My heart club is Sporting CP and Rodrigo Ribeiro is already getting calls and sitting on the bech for Sporting at 16 years old. Also played really well in the Uefa Youth League this season and scored a Maradona type of goal vs Dortmund in the same competition. He probably will be on the bench tonight vs Gil Vicente because we have ours strikers with COVID-19. Game is at 8:30 pm Portugal time, maybe a good opportunity to see him play 😆

I've got Julen Jon Guerrero at Torino, who I've joined in 2032, he was already 28 or so, but he is one of the best midfielders at the league...Torino signed him when he was 23-24 for 1.1 mil. EUR, but after first season (32/33) I was getting offers around 50-60 mil. EUR

In my Leipzig save from 2021 I picked up Arezo for under 1 million. Had a bunch of injuries at striker so I was forced to use Arezo as a starter for 29 games. Ended up coming in 2nd in the Bundesliga with 32 goals and both his ability and price tag went through the stratosphere. Ended up staying for 2 more seasons, turning down multiple offers from a couple of lower tier premiere league teams to score exactly 100 goals in 3 seasons. Finally Real Madrid came knocking and he left but he also cost them 140 million for the transfer. Hated to see him go but he was easily my all time best transfer story in the 100 or so saves Ive played in the past 5 years.

I found out about Matias Arezo on one of my MLS saves (before I could find a good pro/rel American database for 22, all of the ones I kept finding were for 21!) where Charlotte put him a YDI and my staff kept giving him an A+ rec. Definitely keen on trying him this go-through even though his recommendation finally slipped a bit.

Was playing as celtic and he was recommended to me. I dodnt need another striker but I saw i could get him for 1.1m. So I bought him. First season he got 44 in 56 games including 8 in the champions league and was 2nd best striker behind haaland. Beast.

Didn't expect Bergmann Johannesson to be on this list lol. Im managing FC Copenhagen and i had a game where he started at WBL and later I moved him to IWR and he scored two amazing goals in that game. I also recommend Suphanat Mueanta i got him for 170k€ and for the price he is very good.

If you are looking for a GK, have a look at Matias Kovar at ManU. He gets released after one season and is a good starter for most smaller European leagues

Wisdom amey 1mil, Hugo Felix 1.9 mil both WILL reach a higher potential spectrum, those prices can be lowered if you use installlments and put your club in debt but they will guaranty you tittles, so your club will end up paying it regardless, and de la vibora from Real Madrid is also insanely cheap less than a mil, yerson chacon 750k the list goes of players you can make profit, never forget to load every player for every region, so many 140 African players that come for literally nothing to almost any team

In my first season as a championship team manager, I came across the annual 'Golden Boy' article. Had your usual Pedri and Bellingham and all, BUT there was one kid better than all of them. Zeben Torres. He won the Golden Boy award at 16 and I checked his price, 60K. WHAT KIND OF JOKE IS THIS I thought, so I bought him immediately, he was happy to come. Work permit reasons resulted in him going on loan for a year at which point I made back 70K. He is now valued at £70 mil and he hasn't even played for my club yet lmao. He is only 18 now.
