Thor's line about Hulk being a "friend from work" was the suggestion of a visiting kid from the Make A Wish program. He wanted to see the movie being filmed and said this to someone during his visit. It got back to Taika Waititi or Chris Hemsworth and eventually found its way into the movie. I love that story. Especially the way it made Loki's dread and need to "get off this planet" even funnier.

The funniest scene for me is in Age of Ultron. When Tony gets into Strucker's castle and he enters the room they all start shooting at him and he's like "Guys, stop. We gotta talk this through." he takes them all out with the mini rockets and says "Good talk" one of the stunt guys says painfully "No it wasn't!"

The puny god moment made me laugh hard in the theaters. The one I liked as well was when Hulk & Thor took down that huge monstrosity and when they had time to relax a bit, Hulk sucker punches Thor.
