Recently got Dior Homme Original and was surprised that I prefer it over the over-hyped Homme Intense. Your A-list is pretty solid. Intrigued about Oud for Greatness need to get it at some point and.... PDM Carlisle is an ABSOLUTE S-tier. That scent trail and dry-down... insane even the day after. Jazz Club layered on top of Bentley for Man Intense is an insane combo.

I got the new spicebomb extreme bottle, and it lasts about 16 hours on my skin, but after 4-5 hours lost its projection. I had an older bottle, and it didnt have that much performance, the new batch is better on my skin 🥳🥳

Saying for winter only for summer i dont get,Easterns fragrance makers always do lovely spicy strong parfumes and its like 30+ degrees all year round, on the other hand i bought Tom Ford costa azzura and its weak fragrance but try it in cold weather and it performed twice as strong ,could smell it around me for hour's

Of course you can wear fragrances whenever you want, only that there are ‘optimal’ times for them, I don’t think Versace made ‘Man Eau Fraiche’ with winter in mind 😉

Winter fragrances will choke people out in summer as they are too intense for hot season. I did wear a spicy leathery and woody in summer when i was on uber drive and it choked the driver out that he had to open the window 🤣🤣 though he already complimented me "you smell so nice"

@VNCA Tech info obviously to strong especially in 1st hour of wear could be cloing,but summer in UK is like 15 degrees and when is like 35+ on holidays then fragrance is last thing u wanna apply in direct sunlight, prefer it when sun goes down

Spicebomb Extreme still lasts 12 hours if you spray a little more, projection is just not as strong anymore.

Omar I have to be honest. I used to get excited when you upload a video back in the days. Nowdays, I feel like every single video is a top 5/10 list of some sort. I really think you can easily step up your game and bring back some of the short reviews with about 5-10 min lenght. Also I see with a lot of youtubers that they keep on repeating pretty much the same fragrances and I think a lot of people got bored at this point. I get it that people like desinger fragrances but there are niche houses that you could sample and make a review like mentioned. 0 hate here, just an honest feedback from a guy that is watching you for some time.

I don’t think I’ve ever specialised in long form single Fragrance videos, the entire reason for School of Scent existing was to be concise and cover as many fragrances as possible, that has always been my style. If I am to do single Fragrance Reviews they are unlikely to be longer than 4 minutes. 😊

I just got a bottle of HACIVAT yesterday and my bottle is a batch from 2022 March. I am absolutely disappointed , it last literally 3-4 hours max with little to no projection. Tested it twice on myself and gave it to my brother to test as well. Probably gonna end up selling it. Last night I sprayed myself with Dior Homme 2020 about 19:30 PM and just before I went to bed (around midnight) I was like let me put one spray of Hacivat on my hand to see if maybe my nose is broken. Woke up the next day around 7:30-8 AM and I could still smell the Dior Homme on me, smelled my hand Absolutely no trace of Hacivat. Probably gonna end up selling it if it does not mature in a way.

I bought new spicebomb extreme. Thought it was horrible. So cumin heavy with bad performance. Left it on my shelf for 6 months. Came back to it and wow completely different. Same thing with Dior Homme Parfum. Was a skin scent when I first tried it, almost sold it on. Gets stronger every time I try it.

Spicebomb extreme is a great scent, but the performance is way watered down with the reformulation. Medium projection for the first 2-3 hours, then becomes a skin scent for the rest of the time it lasts… which is like 6 hours. I’ve literally worn 10 sprays of this and it offended no one, had a nice scent bubble around me for 3-4 hours, but that’s it. WITH 10 SPRAYS. You should get the idea about the performance. Still a compliment getter, but you have to apply a bunch, just forget about the “3 sprays”. 5 for daily use, 8-10 for night outs.

I like the judging criteria but you should be more picky on the the quality of the blend, not everything should be a 4. Naxos is God Tier Mr Omar haha

This should be named “ultimate FLEXIBILITY tier list” if you are going to be deducting points for fragrances that, in your opinion, should only be worn during specific seasons. It is odd to be judging certain fragrances on scenarios they clearly were not formulated for, like Elixir for warm weather.

I wanted to love Oud For Greatness but it just doesn’t do it for me. I don’t know what it is. I think it’s too intense and too spicy for me. Kinda like Sauvage Elixir. As far as Blue De Chanel, I know people love this fragrance but it just doesn’t work for me either. I think it’s too powdery.

I think within the different tiers, you are meant to rank the preferences from left to right in order of scores and not just the chronology of the items. BTW I still don't get the appeal of Hacivat. Did not care for it and don't think it is that beastly. Tried decants from 2 places and got a similar experience so unlikely to be a "bad" product thing.

Sadly i wouldnt rate DHI, LNDL and The One that high because of the low longevity and projection.. i mean DHI stays like 4-5 hours but has 0 projection.

My bottle of Spicebomb Extreme is a recent buy and it definitely lasts 12+ hours with pretty good projection throughout. If that’s the weaker formulation, I don’t even want to know what it was like before lol
