Pleasantly surprised at this list! Thank you very much for the work you did here. Straightforward and to the point. Plus alot of them in this list are the ones that many don't know about which they should! 10/10 u got my sub! Task force kampus doesnt get enough recognition. Very short game but the soundtrack sucked me in an made me love it soo soo much! The soundtrack made it into my top 5 of all time. I just wish there was a sequel or at least more here to play. I got to where I could beat the game on the hardest level of difficulty. There's 5 stages and once you beat the last one the game goes in a loop over and over again for Hi-Score sake. I guarentee you NO ONE can beat my Hi-Score on hardest difficulty. I let it loop over ten times before I finally died. Q-YO is another one that's off the chain but doesn't get the rec it deserves.

Man, what a great list. A bit of controversy in the early, original Devil Engine release, which unfortunately put some people off this otherwise great game. I managed to get the ps5 physical version as well. Thanks for the video. You earned a subscriber.

it was really a great mix in shoot em up. Which was good. Someone who has listed sky force reloaded as fifth and includes some bullet hell games. it's awesome. extreme variety. It is needed. keep up more videos like this

@snoleygames I'd highly recommend M2s shmups on Switch. Rays Arcade Collection, Aleste Collection, DoDonPachi DOJ. I am a casual shmup fan, but Cave shmups are something special.

Robotech Macross Saga, I give that one an 8/10. It's really nice to revisit the Macross story, with reworked art design, and official music from the anime. SUPER Nostalgic! I'm a sucker for mech related subject matter. Robotech, Gundam, Voltron, etc. I suppose that weighs a bit on my score 🙂 "Freedom Finger" I've not heard of that one. 🤔I feel you on that second list. I need to set aside some funds to pick up all of these games that everyone has brought to my attention. I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully once I make enough in revenue I can swing the extra spending. It's a slow grind for me right now since I'm not chasing the algorithm. We'll get there though. I don't like hard games. which one would you recommend for casual players, that is not super challenging?

NeverAwake was pretty relaxing and has some chill music to listen to while playing. The levels loop back around until you reach a certain score I believe, so you can take it at your own pace. Not sure if it had a difficulty setting in the options or not, can't remember.

I agree, Never Awake is newcomer friendly indeed. Sky Force Relaoded, and Rigid Force Redux are a great starting point too. Danmaku Unlimited 3 has a beginner mode that makes it more accessible if you're new to bullet hell shooters. A lot of the games on this list have easy mode as well.

@kefa85 Yeah, the physical version does tend to fluctuate in price. Try to grab it when you can. Between Ebay, GameStop, and Wal-Mart it ranges from $14 to $18. Bit of a sweet spot, I would say. Happy hunting 🙂
