What a fantastic collection; much better than mine... I am a Tom Ford and Creed fan. Out of TF, I have and enjoy Ombre Leather, Tob Van, Tob Oud, Oud Wood, Grey Vetiver, Italian Cypress and Noir Ext. I gave my Black Orchid away and never wear my Oud Min (perhaps if I spend a day at the lake), Beau de Jour (nice, but too classicy), Neroli Port (too bright and gives me a headache). Keep up the fantastic content!!!

I love your videos, I watch you the most of all fragrance reviewers. For a couple of reasons; you are clearly passionate, and because you are able to articulate the smelling experience better than anyone else (very hard to do.) Some of the niche ones are out of my budget for now but I still appreciate hearing about them. I think you do a great job covering all angles of the fragrance market, no complaints here!

The best Tom Ford's, IMO are: 5 - Vert Boheme (Pleasing, sensitive Spring Floral scent. Unisex. Men who enjoy florals 'can' wear this.). 4 - Plum Jaonaise (Cannot find it on major retailers anymore, so likely discontinued, which is insane considering how great this one is. Another one of the more underrated scents in the pantheon of Tom Ford scents.) 3 - Beau de Jour (Hyper-masculine fougere. Has tanins that 'bite'. Old school fougere that is rather daring. This is a men's winter scarf scent to die for. Wear with upscale men's fashion. This scent, IMO, is meant to be dressed up.) 2 - Neroli Portofino Forte (Gorgeous, amped up and ever so slightly darkened version of the old-world 4711 eau de cologne.) 1 - Shanghai Lily (The most underrated 'male' fragrance in all of perfumery, even if it was marketed at and compatible for women to wear. The lily in this is beautiful and the clove, incense spices drag this into male territory. It is a very gender-confusing fragrance, I admit, but it's among the most artistic creations I've ever smelled and a triumph for Antoine Maisondieu. It's an utter crime against perfumery that Tom Ford discontinued this. I consider this scent among the greatest artistic niche scents ever made.)

You can find more complex and authentic attars from the middle east and India to replace Jasmine Rouge. Jasmine perfumes smell synthetic while the attars smell exactly of the jasmine flower as they probably have no synthetic compounds.

Great content as always Sebastian. TF is definitely my favorite house out of all designer and niche houses. Dior, PdM, Chanel, Initio, MFK, etc. are all great, but TF does something different and unique with each fragrance that other houses often attempt to replicate, but rarely manage to even come close. At the moment my favorites would have to be Tuscan Leather, Ombre Leather, Fougere Platine, Oud Wood, Beau De Jour, Tobacco Oud, Grey Vetiver and F*****g Fabulous.

Personally like what Tom Ford is doing with the signature line more then the private line recently. They have watered down their best fragrances which is sad because they used to be soooo smell and true “beast mode”.

Oh my # 1 fragrance of all time didn’t make your list - Plum Japonais. It is the sexiest scent ever to me. It is straight down the middle unisex. You have to wait for the dry down on PJ, about 40 minutes.

Love, love Tom Ford (Private Blend and Signature line). VERY surprised at White Suede making the list, but then again you’re a fan of musk so it makes sense. This was actually my first purchase from TF - yes, smell is addicting, attractive and underrated, imo. Have you tried Santal Blush? There’s a nice blend of musk in this scent as well. Great video! I love Tom Ford’s private blend line so much. I have Oud Wood, Noir de Noir, Tobacco Vanille, Mandarino di Amalfi, Neroli Portofino, and both Eau de Soleil Blanc and Soleil Blanc. Lost Cherry and Rose Prick are just too expensive for me, but I love them (I have a stellar clone of Lost Cherry to tide me over for the day I buy it). I love Neroli Portofino Forte but again, the price is insane, so I live off decants.

if available, I buy the 30ml bottles on discount (around 70-90$)...as long as you don't use them as signature scent, they might last you some months or even years. The only downside: Not all the TFs are available as 30ml.

The house is expensive but you can try them at nicer dept stores and get decent sized samples so you can test them and know if you really want to buy.. plus had I known in the beginning of my journey I wouldn’t have wasted my money on so many cheaper ones and saved up for the likes of Tom Ford perfumes.

Oud wood is a disgrace to oud, oud can be sexy when blended well but there is no oud except for its synthetic sharp opening in the oud wood.

Plum Japonaise is my #1 TF, followed by Noir de Noir. Not sure if you meant that Estee Lauder watered down the scents. I've read in several places that people thought EL purchased TF and then changed the scents - that's incorrect. EL created the brand with TF, they didn't purchase it.

Fougere platine is the most underrated. I love Fougere D'argent too but no one talks about platine. In regards to tobacco Vanille, I just prefer Kilian Gold Knight as it's very much the same vibe

White Suede is a beautiful fragrance and very underrated. Also the way you described Tobacco Oud was spot on. That smell is right here:). But Oud Wood is my absolute favorite from the house. Nice list.

Tom Ford sadly discontinued many fragrances from his Private Blends, probably because of cost or weren't popular enough that it wasn't profitable. Amber Absolute was one of them, and I wish you had the chance to review it because it smelled supreme! Beau de Jour was another one before TF resurrected it but the formulation wasn't the same. Azure Lime was great too, but gone. Oh well... at least he kept Grey Vetiver and Tobacco Vanille!

Wow I have Tuscan leather intense and I adore it, I also have the new version of italian cypress and I also feel it’s much more high end stuff than the old one, the third tom ford of my collection is velvet gardenia the new version and wow what a beautiful gardenia a bit smoky fragrance, and for sure my last tom ford is neroli portofino and I love wearing it on sunny days after soleil blanc body oil u need to try this bro 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻, the reason why I don’t own the old tom fords because I’m 24 years old and about a year ago I started love fragrances so I searched for some new tom fords and these what I have so far from tom ford.
