Bro my Pixel XL gets here Weds and this was by far the best video I've seen yet on Pixel phones. Super AWESOME. I can't believe I wasn't already subscribed to your channel but I am now. I was kinda spooked from alllll the negativity videos going around about this phone. I have the note 9 and wanted something that offers a better Google Assistant experience so I went with the 4 XL and when you told us about the locking the phone down part so someone can make a call or play a game without snooping through my phone you hit it on the money bro. I have a 8 year old niece that LOVES playing with my phone an I don't want her messing with any of my scumbaggness lol... You're awesome bro. I'll be watching this video again when my phone arrives so I can learn that again and all the other cool stuff. Thanks bro. 💯

I'm sure someone already corrected you on it but if not, it's not "live transcribe" when you hit the volume button. It's called, "live caption" and has to be set up the first time you use it, which is done under the "see more" tab under the volume settings. Loved the video! Thank you for your help!!

I think it's interesting when you go to settings>system>advanced>multiple users>guest...it takes you to a fresh look that gives someone the option to borrow your phone if they need to search something or use it without having your info pull up or them looking at it it's cool! And then to log off you just hit your face icon when you slide down and remove and it won't unlock unless it detects your face or pin

There is a feature called Verification code auto-fill. Enabling this feature will allow verification codes to access apps sent by text message to auto-fill within the app so you don't have to manually type in the texted codes. To enable this feature, go into Settings - Google - Verification code auto-fill at the bottom - Turn on. If you have an app like "LastPass", you can tap on the auto-fill service settings - add service to add that app to auto-fill passwords from that app as well.

Great video. Thanks for this. A few in there I'd missed, like force 90hz and the face unlock skip. Honestly, this phone is so swish. I love it. Really a bit indifferent to a lot of the tech guru reviews that slate this phone. I am a fully certified nerd and love my tech. This phone just makes my life better in many ways, some simple, some easily taken for granted within a few days of use...until you use a different phone and realise what they just... don't... get...about the Pixel 4

You've done a good job showing some of the things that people can do to tweak their experience to best suit their needs, and even messed with some of the developer options! Another good one to touch on though is "force activities to be resizable". This allows all apps to use multiscreen, regardless of their manifest values. Some apps are completely broken while doing this, but there are apps that don't support split screen, but still work perfectly fine with this option.
