Hope you are feeling better and wishing you a speedy recovery! I know the circumstances were far from ideal, but this had a nostalgic og pillow talk vibe, what with the reclining and the shoutouts to other entrepreneurs that you know or have met or otherwise crossed paths with. Would love a video on that topic if possible. Also thanks for making a video for us, even though you're laid up in recovery ❤ Godspeed 🙏 And LOVE supporting small businesses but sadly most don't deliver internationally or to Australia - I get it we're really far away from everyone 😂 But supporting by sending 'likes' and subscribing!

Is there proof that layers of different face products can actually all be absorbed into the skin? I’m feeling like I’m wasting money on products that aren’t first or second in being applied to the skin. Thanks!
@lorimoore5589Күн бұрын
Great question! I feel like most just evaporate into the air. I see people using little fans or just their hands to fan their face in attempts to dry it quicker between steps. So does most if not all just disappear before absorbing? Can it absorb? I use like 4 layers of hydrating toners and while I don't buy high end products even k beauty adds up as far as cost. I do always follow up with a cream and an occlusive at night but I sometimes feel the moisturizer and an occlusive would yield the same results but it still is mostly just the surface.
@alena7393Күн бұрын
Great comment! Totally agree. The first serum applied creates a loyer that inhibit penetration of other products that go on top, therefore I cannot understand why there are so many advises to loyer skincare especially under the retinol. As a result highest retinol concentration's potency that we are paying for decreases.

Kinda irrelevant to this video but has there been a video upload of using Estrogen HRT cream on facial skin? I've been using it for 2 weeks & my skin is loving it, unfortunately you do have to be at least in perimenopausal to be prescribed it - in the UK at least - but this stuff is the holy grail imo for skincare. After 12 weeks studies show that skin produced 70%-100% collagen levels. In 2 weeks my pores have been refined, skin is plump even my slightly sagging neck skin has improved dramatically. I'd like to add this is cream that's supposed to be used at the base of your cervix not face cream that has been adapted with trace amounts of estrogen. Oh an also my under eyes....huge improvement in hollowness. I wanted eye filler but decided to try this before I go down that route & looks like I won't need to. Would like to hear others opinions on it

@leelabizbeeКүн бұрын
@@katnisseverdeen2.016 definitely direct under the eyes, it's brightened them so much but again do a little skin patch test just to make sure there's no irritation but there shouldn't be. Every night after my skincare routine & I don't wash it off the next morning, skin feels so soft & plump. Be consistent & in 2 weeks you'll start to see little improvements by 12 weeks you should see a huge difference

Dr. Idriss could you do a video on peptide serums you recommend? I know I should focus on using a low percentage retinal but it irritates and inflames my skin.
