Widely considered to be one of the greatest actors of all time, Robert de Niro is a lifelong new yorker who was born in Manhattan. He purchased a co-op at 88 Central Park West in the Lincoln Square area of Manhattan for $20.9 million in 2006. In 2014, Robert purchased a pre-war co-op loft apartment at 32 Morton Street in the West Village for $2.85 million. He also owns a large estate in Hudson Valley, NY.
Celebrity #2: Peter Dinklage
Peter Dinklage is best known for his portrayal of Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones. Peter and his family are a regular site in the West Village. He lived in New York City for over 20 years, first in Williamsburg and then calling the West Village home before purchasing a property in upstate new york around 2012. it seems that he still spends a considerable amount of time in New York City and specifically downtown on the west.
Celebrity #3: Jake Gyllenhaal
Jake Gyllenhaal is an actor and producer whose career skyrocketed after being nominated for the academy award for best supporting actor for his portrayal of Jack Twist in Brokeback Mountain. Jake is a regular site downtown, specifically in Tribeca, the East Village, NoHo and the West Village. Jake purchased a condo at 443 Greenwich Street in Tribeca back in 2017 for $8.63 million.
Celebrity #4: Alec Bakdwin
Alec Baldwin is a well-known actor producer writer and comedian who among other things is known for his portrayal of Jack Donaghy on the NBC Sitcom 30 Rock. He owns three apartments in the Devonshire House, a pre-war condo building located at 28 East 10th Street in Greenwich Village. Previously, Alec owned two apartments at the Eldorado, a prestigious pre-war co-op on the Upper West Side abutting Central Park.
