@Perspective with Faisal My dear, if you're asking about the construction of 5 marla house you need to visit already constructed 5 marla houses here that are available for sale in abundance. Just decide the map after visiting these houses and engage an architect or draftsman for drawing of map. These people are responsible to get maps approved from DHA authorities. Once approved preferably engage a thekedar who has experience in construction in DHA as he will be well acquainted with the DHA bylaws. Do get working drawings prepared in addition to submission drawings co they are very helpful. Normally a 5 marla house in DHA Phase 9 Town are measures 2000 sqf. The construction cost of A Class house now must have reached Rs.6,000 per sqf. This means it may cost Rs.1 crore 20 lacs approximately.
