That last scene in Rogue One, with Vader chewing through those soldiers after the plans, the fear in those soldiers - that is by far the best scene in any film. Dude, I was seven years old in 1978 when I saw the original. That scene from Rogue One topped it, as far as the scene, but the original changed everything, forever. We used to argue on the playground about what the hell Darth Vader was; a robot? Why was he so scary? He was so terrifying!
@nickbotic11 ай бұрын
@@stephenballard3759 That had to be awesome. I'm happy to have grown up in a time when filmmaking technology has advanced at such a rapid pace (relatively speaking) and seeing all these insane, spectacular films, but I always think about how incredible it must have been to see Star Wars in '78, when literally nothing like it had ever been seen before. And while the MCU is arguably the closest thing to Star Wars in terms of cultural relevance and impact on the zeitgeist, I can't help but feel it just isn't the same as Star Wars was for you.

Well, the sword play in movies when the original trilogy came out was pretty basic. Definitely not worthy of a Jedi or a Sith. When Rogue One came out, the hand to hand / melee battles in movies had stepped up significantly and better reflected the character, allowing us to see what he truly was supposed to be, rather than the hackery in the original film.

Defoe was the ultimate goblin but to see Spider-man's true power compare the first Holland vs Defoe fight to the last. Peter dominates him in the end because he is out to kill him and not pulling punches. Every hit is devastating. The only reason goblin beat him the first time was because Peter held back as he usually does for fear of hurting his opponent.

Now he's going to have to take the heat and all the pressure that comes with being Spider-Man. Hoping he and Dr. Strange become the main characters for the next Avengers.

I recently watched Fantastic Four 2015 and honestly, was not as bad as I expected. I actually really enjoyed it. It's a simple movie and Dr. Doom was a great part of it. I just wish he was able to do a bit more than just "I will destroy your world so mine can live."

The Justice League's Joker wasn't mocking Batman, he was actually earnestly berating him.

That score that was playing during thanos vs hulk was just Spiderman 2099's theme with my horns!

5:10 Harry Osborne was Norman's son. Willem played Norman Osborne, not Harry....lol. There are some inconsistencies and errors in this video, I would highly suggest working on getting second opinions for your videos before finalizing them to correct the mistakes. Otherwise, good.

I'm sure somebody's had to have mentioned this but, that background music for the Marvel Strike Force in content advertisement is definitely a royalty free cover of Sweet Child of Mine from Guns and Roses, there's no mistaking it

"baller gangsta jazz" perfect way to describe it but i couldn't help but feel a little latent racism there. "Hi Paul, Hi John, What it do Jamal" type. funny though.

Most of these villains, though they are really evil - have some cool / charismatic / compelling-back-story factor to them, so you kinda like them. Jared Letto as the Joker however, truly freaks me out. Something in his bone structure with the makeup is so diabolic and maniacal, violent and sick. Horror movey level.

this seems a lot like clickbait, but, I have to say, it's spot on.

would've loved to seen a fight between hulk and thanos with out thanos having a gem. But that would've ended the movie too soon i guess 🙂 Thanos did stand toe to toe with Hulk for a while though if i recall correctly.

Wow, lot of errors in this video. You seriously called Norman Osborn by his son's name while saying he's iconic.

Willem Dafoe's portrayal as the green goblin is THE BEST VILLAIN CHARACTER EVER.

Darwin was the most bullshit death for all of the X-Men movies by having him die like that. His whole ability was adaptivity to anything.

Females won the price on this one and for males Josh Brolin alone won two prices on it own as he play both hero and villain on Dead Pool and Avengers.

I think I get it. You like villains. I’m not with you on that one. However your number one pick, I do agree with. Darth Vader hewing his way through a hallway of opponents was very impressive. And he did make it look as effortless as the Hulk’s one-punch leviathan takedown.
