I get wanting to make the final out the #1, but Freddie's grand slam is #1 and it's not particularly close. That's the moment everyone will remember.
@Alucard40014 сағат бұрын
Agreed. I get the point of the video having the WS win at #2 wouldn't end the video well but Freeman's walk off grand slam is every boy's fairy tale dream they play out in the backyard baseball come to reality.
@wreckim14 сағат бұрын
It's not over 'til it's over over etc...but you're right; A walk-off GS to close out a game in which an out ends the game in defeat instead, that's the greatest moment in my baseball memory since Reggie's 3 HRs on 3 pitches. And yes, it may be even better than that....but I was 13 years old then; so nothing gets better than that I guess.

A final pitch for a strikeout to end the series is the "top play"? What a joke! The others were mostly in the right order. The Freddy game 1 winner was legendary. It should definitely have been #1.

Agreed. Teoscar Hernandez throw was definitely higher than 20 as well.

Part of me thinks that too but Walker coming in in the 9th inning after all he's been through in striking out the last two batters is pretty special.
@SuparTuber12 сағат бұрын
I would expect Freddy’s grand slam at first and shohei’s 3-run homer vs padres to be second. Without shohei’s play, dodgers would have been swept and we don’t get Freddy cooking the Yankees six ways from Sunday. This is just so wrong.

I would swap the top 2. Freeman's grand slam is 100x more intensed than Buehler's strikeout. Only way I can think Buehler's strikeout is better is if it was bases loaded, 2 outs, 3-2

With the exception of Freddie's walk off grand slam, pretty much all of the homers in this weren't that great, everyone hits home runs these days, big deal. There were more defensive plays this post season that were way cooler. Also Teoscar throwing out Stanton should have been way higher up the list in my biased dodger fan opinion. Mookie made some awesome plays in right and threw someone out (at third i think?). also Bohm getting hosed at second was awesome and should have been higher up the list too. whatever, all that matters is DODGERS ARE WORLD CHAMPS!!!

Ohtani is amazing! He is now bridging the friendship between Korea and Japan. As a Korean, we have a tragic history of experiencing slavery, forced labor, Unit 731 by Japanese colonialists in WW2, which the Japanese denies and has never apologized to this day. But despite this, we acknowledge Ohtani in Korea. I am glad how we can all be united in sports.
