1. Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2 lb) pork tenderloin
Salt and pepper
5 potatoes
Water
1 onion
Oil
100 g (3.5 oz) cheese
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of French mustard
1 cucumber
3 hard-boiled eggs
Parsley
A handful of olives
80 g (0.2 lb) corn
1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
Salt
2. Ingredients:
700 g (1.5 lb) pork.
Cover with foil and beat.
Black pepper.
Salt.
Repeat on the other side.
Cut 4 potatoes.
Hot water.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Baking paper.
Salt and pepper.
Oil.
Butter.
Herbes de Provence.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes.
1/2 red onion.
Olive oil.
2 cloves of garlic.
Grate 2 carrots.
400 g (0.9 lb) mushrooms.
Oil.
Salt.
Add carrots.
Black pepper.
Make molds from foil.

6 slices of cheese.
Fold the meat as shown and fasten with toothpicks.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes.

Bake without foil for another 10 minutes.
3.Ingredients:
500 g (1.1 lb) pork.
Oil.
50 g butter.
2 onions.
Salt and pepper.
5 potatoes.
2 peppers.
1 carrot.
3 tomatoes.
4 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Some water.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
3 cloves of garlic.
Coriander.
Parsley.
Cabbage.
Cover and simmer for 2.5 hours.
2 cooked beets.
3 tablespoons of yogurt.
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt.
Black pepper.
