Less than half the payphone hits are under 5 minutes. Import/export is 50k in 3 min. My Auto-shop employees deliver two cars every 48 min for around 80k up to 200k. It takes 2 min to spec two cars, go do a MC bike delivery. 60k for 2 min. I like Dr. Dre but can’t stand the contract my favorite part of Agency is availability of ammo, armor and food in one place as well as passive money. Kosatka is the GOAT. NC requires 5 in-game days for full safe at full popularity. Tow a car, do a ph hit, tow another car. People underestimate the passive income of the salvage yard. Go kill 10 levels of zombies. More things to do than time allows.

It's been mentioned before on one of your videos regarding payphone hits but don't call in a payphone hit or Franklin anywhere but the docks. If you call him or answer a phone anywhere but the docks there's a high chance you will have to travel to the north of the map. Calling him at the docks by the phone will assure you that the hit will take place in the city, which means less travel time.

Well where you call in for the hit isn't that big of a deal from what I have seen. I call it in from the West side of the city where my properties are at just outside of a guns n ammo shop and mine are almost always in the city or, at worst, on the far East side just outside of the city. I can get the odd construction side assassination up North close to Sandy Shores but that is the rare one to get and the only one I see outside of the city.

They messed up not letting you leave in any of your own helicopters. Like the hangar ones. From the agency, I mean. But otherwize I spawn in at my agency to make sure I go out with all snacks, armor, and ammo filled

I gotta say, I disagree with the Agency being a top 3 priority. I like the Agency and am not saying it's a bad buy, but you'll make a ton more with the Acid Lab and access way more critical upgrades (like explosive shells for the pump action / heavy sniper) with the Bunker, plus the Bunker makes you more money (esp paired with the nightclub). Also while I think the nightclub being top 3 is good, I don't recommend new players make it one of their first three purchases. It only really shines once you own the surrounding businesses.

Nah the NC for the popularity wall safe money is quite good for a new player. The other passive yes you need MC businesses but the popularity one has nothing to do with that.

Yeah, you need to be careful with the remote missile battery on the Pounder Custom. There are 2 different places where my vehicle got stuck during a delivery because of the missile stuff on top. I was following the GPS route and it didn't consider that. One of the places I know I had gone several times before when I didn't have the missile battery.

I am at $100M with all the businesses/properties EXCEPT the Kosatka, Yacht and whatever that stupid Facility thing is. Of course, it took me the longest time to get an OppMkII because I am just a contrarian sometimes. One of these days, if the Kozzy's on sale, I might pick one up.

I really like the Speedo, but I wouldn't call it a better Tampa. Tampa does more damage, has missiles and most importantly can be used in pretty much any mission in the game. Still a good van though. If it actually had some armor to survive a rocket hit, it'd be Tier 1.

Im going to save you 100s of hours right now. Start with the drug wars missions do all of em, next buy the acid lab and upgrade it, next cluckin bell raid, next buy the auto shop complete all the contracts all 9 until you get enough to buy, the agency grind out the dr dre heist and then, buy the hanger after getting the hanger grind out cargo its the ABSOLUTE BEST way to make money compared to ANYTHING in the game. After that you can buy anything and everything you want really quickly. $4m every 2 hours.

Well you are off on the replay timer of payphone hits. That is like 10 minutes between hits not 48. 48 minutes between hits was from awhile ago. That is what made the week where the payphone hits being doubled up so nice. 90k every 10 minutes from easy ass payphone hits was a banger for making money. Even though the security contracts weren't doubled up that is what I was doing that week since I haven't hit 201 completed to max it out yet. One payphone hit then one security contract. No having to wait for one to unlock. Boosting the Agency payout is also great to cover the hourly costs of the businesses. But just keeping the Night Club popularity in the fifth bubble for popularity also does that. You didn't mention that but once you get below the fifth bubble in popularity the hourly payout drops off of a cliff. My suggestion there is get it maxxed out then wait until you see the message about having 145k in the Night Club safe then go back and do one DJ swap or mission to re-max the payout and clear the safe. That will minimize the amount of time you are messing around with the club while only losing 5k on the one payout. So while I agree that the Kosatka is a mandatory purchase at some point I don't consider that a property or a business. The Agency and Nightclub are absolutely solid choices for two of them. The third I would do as the best active business is the Acid Lab. The most user friendly active business for sale missions by far and good money to be made there.

I totally view the Kosatka as a property & business, just one that's actually mobile. Acid Lab falls into the same category for the same reason.

@@BlazingOwnager Other than the fact that there is no business at the Kosatka just the heist/mission. Whereas the Acid Lab you do the mission stuff up front to get the lab and the upgrades for it then it works exactly like the MC businesses but without the slow sale missions from post ops/dodos.

Dude, I love your channel, but you have a ridiculous sense of time. "2-3 minutes for recover valuables"...it takes you 2 minutes to listen to the garbage and get over to the str club or wherever..and the valuable are not available right away. You have to fight off a bunch of henchmen, then find a "notre" and then go find the valuables and then RETURN THE VALUABLES...2-3 minutes....show us in real time! Payphone hits --- 3minutes average...again PROVE IT! I did a check and it was around 6 minutes over about 15 jobs. You ALWAYS pick the one that takes the lowest amount of time.
