This can be determined as per individual and should be tailored to the desired training effect. The shoulders are such mobile joints. Have fun with these and explore your positions.

Hi can I do thisnones to get a shoulder, chest, biceps, etc,etc.. workout to build muscle or is it just for rehab and which do I get for my high school wrestler, well and for me his 48 year old dad. The athletic or elite? Thank u

Yes they are. Never ask a crossfit person about proper position, or form just think kipping pull ups. Ask a strength coach, physical therapist, or watch a few jeff cavaliere videos on rotator cuff wrk. 👍
