Really found this video beneficial. I'm somewhat confused, you said do 3 sets of 10 then 25 for the exercise that one folds their hands on their chest and twist somes. Not sure of how many repetitions to do.

Thanks for the tips! I can only do the first exercise fully and the third exercise - slightly raised - without aggravation. The slight rotation was too much for my severe stenosis symptoms and low back problems combined.
