Ever worked with Bertolotti’s syndrome caused scoliosis?

Yes I have! It is a little more complex than idiopathic scoliosis. Similar principles but with the structural component we have to modify some of the corrections. I would definitely suggest working with a Schroth therapist for that.

Hello! I'm from Venezuela I suffer from scoliosis, and I go to the gym what type of exercises should I avoid to do?

@@saurycujia1502 i would avoid heavy weight initially but you can work your way up. I would also work more on stability of the spine. Core stability is helpful. I have other videos that can go over those.
