Keep the mapping videos coming! How do you factor wind and thermals into each of these saddles? A few examples of treestand locations would be beneficial to expand the topic. Thanks and keep up the awesome work guys.

Trying to adapt to SC Appalachian's from flat farm country. This is really helpful to fine tune what I've been seeing. Thanks!

Thank you for this! Really have been wondering just how and where to hunt the saddles. You guys do a fantastic job on your channel. Loved the scent podcast with that police dog trainer. Your content is excellent.

The last to me, That’s the only saddles, I hunt in eastern KY, I find where two ditch, creek, river, systems come to their head watersheds, in that head there’s usually a deep saddle between the two. Especially if there’s crops fields -500 yards down that system. I’m all in. I scout all those I have access to, and have cameras in those year around, if a buck crossed in daylight last year, in that saddle on this day, I’m in there. That week every chance I have waiting. Learned about hunting saddles from my uncle who has a couple PY deer. He hunts the same saddle every year coming up to a main backbone ridge system with his immediate family, son in law, grandson, and they all hunt that same saddles area every single year, and every single year they all tag out opening weekend every single year and have done it for 30 years. N it’s not just bucks but mature trophy bucks. The three trophy rooms that those saddles have filled are mind blowing to walk in.

Great info!! A video idea would be how bucks use these areas throughout the various phases of the season. How they use the wind and thermals through these areas in the morning and evening.

Loved this. Excellent information. How do we determine a thermal area that you circled on the second saddle?

Could you do this to an area in Louisiana where the land is flat

How would you set up on the second saddle with the thermal hubs right beside you? The evening would be dropping thermals correct? I like your information I have been doing a lot of virtual scouting this summer with some boots on the ground checking.

If you don't have any significant elevation change then your topo map layer will not be as defined. What is the average elevation change where you're at?

Nice job guys! If I may offer my opinion for post production...the screen shaking/jumping transition is obnoxious and hard to watch. Please find something else to use. Content and supporting clips were fabulous though.
