BPCL sbi card is a fraud 1. very few pumps and half of them not take payment through credit card 2.after earning rewar points you won't find a petrol pump which will redeem your reward points. 3. Online reward points redemption is 2000 point=100 rs maximum

I used RBL xtra for 1 month. They just don't have any mechanism to detect whether you have filled fuel in IOL or not. So they give rewards in the statement as per non IOL fuel. Even they don't give surcharge waive off. Write to them multiple times to get things done. Their support is worse than SBI. I believe these credit card companies earn by duping customers of the rewards they promise. I just closed the card. Now they are not ready to waive off the fees despite no redeem of reward points and no welcome benefits given by them.

I am using SBI BPCL octane card. For initial few months they gave surcharge waive off on fuel. Later they stopped, so I have to mail them repeatedly. On their app they will show that they credited back the surcharge, but in statement they just skip it. I just fed up with their fraud and going to close it. Let's see how is rbl xtra.

I have already used axis Bank IOC card but seems most of outlets of Indian oil are showing not authorised so I was not getting any reward points so at last iasked to close the card of IOC. Is same issue with RBL CARD AS WELL?

On joining fees in rbl its 1500 rs plus 270 gst. They will refund 1500 by joining points but we lose 270 rs as gst. For reward redeem we lose 99 plus gst. But its very difficult to spend 2.75 lakh in a year for waiver of fees 😢

Hi, I own RBL Indian Oil Xtra Credit Card. I have used the same for my Fuel purchases with meeting every criteria set but the Fuel Points weren’t been credited as per the card agreement i.e., 15x points for every Rs.100/- between 500 to 4k. I got the base points credited to my account on statement generation, Fuel surcharge is also added to my fuel purchases but the waiver hasn’t been provided. I wanted to know whether you’re also facing the same issue or is everything working fine with your RBL card.
