Just something to add. Don't be afraid to work with other companies. If they are built to do things that you can't, work with them to add revenue. Some are better then others, but they can fill in to help you get farther. I just added a landscaper that has the equipment to cover the bigger jobs. I try to stay at a mow, trim, blow level until i get enough revenue to expand. The benefit is that if he has customers that are in my area, he can pass them on to me to open his schedule. A win for both parties.

Thank you for the information! I hadn’t thought about that but it makes sense! Working together to grow together!

I rather do greenpal instead of lawnstarter, for example, the charge the customer $41 for a mow but pay the professional $23

100% LawnStarter is a joke!

Well done to you. I enjoy your videos. I'm in the pressurewashing business in Ireland 🇮🇪 work is going well. We have a damp climate, so plenty algae and dirt builds up on properties . I like your honest genuine approach. It rubs off on people I bet. Keep up the great work 👍 Paudie

How are you getting business? Your first job? Your second? Your tenth?

How do you figure out what to charge per lawn? Is there’s a way to calculate? How do you go about calculating for your lawns? Thanks in advance and keep up the good work.

I actually already recorded that video, it’s coming out in a couple weeks. It’s a great question, it’s all subjective on many things the video will discuss :)
