Don't you think county at 8.5-9k as per your last video is better investment option in wave city (which has upcoming malls, schools and ample greenery) as compared to prestige at 12k which would suffer from traffic congestion

But that big a society could take significant time to construct, especially in a city like NCR which doesn't allow construction in 3 months due to pollution and rains. Moreover, some brokers saying other big players like ace and godrej also eyeing parcels in wave city which will further boost that area.

Wave city has too much land which i feel is the drawback. So i feel if you have too many option,appreciation will be limited to few society .

Agreed....wave city may have too many societies after 3-4 years and hence, only unique societies will have grow in future
