For those who don’t know … metro station and aiims satellite center has proposed in Siddharth Vihar … adding to this it has 43 acre park which will bring this are in posh category in coming 2-3 years

Don't you think county at 8.5-9k as per your last video is better investment option in wave city (which has upcoming malls, schools and ample greenery) as compared to prestige at 12k which would suffer from traffic congestion

But that big a society could take significant time to construct, especially in a city like NCR which doesn't allow construction in 3 months due to pollution and rains. Moreover, some brokers saying other big players like ace and godrej also eyeing parcels in wave city which will further boost that area.

Wave city is sorrunded by the villages and they do not have a good reputation so gentri issues can happen

Ghaziabad, extremely high density, inadequate basic city infrastructure, yahan kon 5 bhk lene aayega. This is all froth, don't fall for it.

I still believe the major beneficiary of prestige hype will be for Wave City rather than the Siddhartha vihar. Again it's just a guts feeling

Wave city has too much land which i feel is the drawback. So i feel if you have too many option,appreciation will be limited to few society .
