Just a suggestion: even with cream which renders a softer samon, just seal it on both sides, leaving ii real soft on the inside.

I was just thinking that. The salmon (in the frying pan) was already looking slightly overdone for me . I suppose it’s all down to personal taste in the end. 😁🇬🇧

All of these recipes look quite tasty, but that first one looks delectable! I can see using that sauce with maybe a different spice or two on pork chicken, and possibly even beef. I cook my salmon, very simply as my husband and I both have dietary restrictions and we both really like the natural flavor of the fish. I sprinkle on a little dill and then it goes under the broiler for 12 to 15 minutes depending on how thick it is, when it’s done a simple pat of butter on each filet, a bit of lemon juice on his & yummy !
