I admit that I have never been a big fan of salmon. If my friends or family went out for lunch or dinner, there was always someone who ordered salmon, while I opted more for some sea bream with sauce and salad. Because it seemed to me that the cuts of salmon were dry (someone even complained that their salmon was dry and tasteless). Well, seeing how good this salmon you bring us, I think I'm going to try it at home. Thank you.

Sophie, all four of those recipes looked absolutely delicious. I saute mine with honey and two strips of bacon in the pan for a smoked flavor. The bonus is that the bacon in the honey sauce comes out like bacon candy! Thank you so much for sharing, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and I pray that you have a very blessed new year!

Your kitchen techniques and skills are very impressive ! The only thing, is that rather than squeezing your 🍋 lemons by hand, you ought to use a tool (an orange/lemon/ lime juice squeezer) to squeeze the juice out of your lemons. Outside of this detail, very nice results! 😊

Oh I love salmon! these are great! I can't decide which one I like better I'll be having these soon! Your adorable little blonde "helper" reminds me very much of a friend's son who also has blonde curly hair. I'll have to send this to her. And it makes me smile to see you smiling back at us all!
