Sounds like a plan! Winter definitely has a lot of character, while this summer has lacked that a little. If I recall, the curly types of kale are often fast growing and Red Russian in particular is very winter hardy.

@@alexgrowsfood yes it’s been a horrible July. The weather engineers 🙄 I like to use chem busters in my garden. I think it helps. 💪

Great video Alex! And it is incredible that your audio is perfect despite all that wind! Here in CA we harvesting tomatoes and 3 kinds of peppers! We see some strawberries turning red. Carrots and celery went to seed, so we expect some volunteers next season. We also are pulling endless chard leaves and have lots of thyme and oregano, which are seeding and a huge bush of basil!
