I had it years ago in my right foot. The morning it hit, as soon as I stood up came the sharpest pain I ever felt and I let myself fall to the floor. I've had cuts, various pains and injuries, but no pain has ever made adult, testosterone-charged, grown man me weep like a baby like plantar fasciitis did. Some of you may have had it milder, but until I get a spinal tap or get crucified it is the worst pain and I will never wish it upon anyone else.

@g8slavin217
@g8slavin217 2 жыл бұрын
@@aminankit411 it's definitely a lot better now! I used to feel it right away with my first steps in the morning, but now that parts pretty much gone and I only have some discomfort later on in the day. I've made it a habit to do the stretches and the alphabet exercise from the video before getting out of bed and any time I'm sitting down watching tv. Ideally you would want to keep weight off your foot as much as possible, but I'm always on the go so I always have it in the back of my mind to be careful with my weight distribution. Normally I used to walk with the balls of my feet but now I try to involve my heel a bit more. I've also found some plantar fasciitis insoles at my local drug store, and those have helped a lot but they get uncomfortable on both feet after standing for a few hours. All in all consistency is key, and the pain and discomfort will help remind you to stay on track! I hope you have a smooth recovery good sir

My plantar fasciitis is so painful I didn't know what it was when it first started 6 months ago. I got out of bed in the morning and I thought my heel was broke my ligaments, tendons that my Arch were torn the pain was unreal? My doctor suggested to go to a podiatrist and get injections well that's not going to happen. I had injections in my left foot due to a broken bone, not only did it didn't help the pain was so bad from the shots I cried my eyes out. This physical therapy is really helping me and my doctor also suggested freeze a typical bottle of drinking water and roll your foot on it from your toes through your arch and then around your heels that feels wonderful. That helps so much with that excruciating pain. I'm 60 years old now and I hope this isn't going to be chronic for the rest of my life 😭

Manuka honey really helped my with this. Every morning I had pain in both feet as soon as I started walking. Thank God it's gone now like a miracle. Took about 1 to 2 weeks to notice the change. The honey is really thick so I diluted it so I can make a quick beverage with coconut water and oat milk. I'm not buying too expensive one, just 100mgo was good enough. Hope this works for you, good luck.

This is a wonderful video if you’re trying to figure out about planters fasciitis. My problem is I have high arches, got custom-made orthotics, new shoes recommended by the podiatrist. I had a injection of Cortizone three months ago. The planters fasciitis is so bad even with the new shoes and custom orthotics. It is also causing me to have IT and hip bursa pain.

This is happening to me after joining a boxing gym. Back foot arches when I throw a cross. Now I get that sharp pain. But oddly enough...I kind of like how it feels. It hurts, but like a quick instant pain and it stops quickly and leaves me feeling a strange pleasure. Sometimes I want it to happen while I sleep, I helps me sleep better.

Pain in my heel. I know my weight contributes but I’m on my feet quite often. Stretching and a hot compress has actually helped. I was boiling fruit scraps and ginger pieces. Bagged it, before throwing it out, I thought to use it on the bottom of my feet. Long story short, I used it like you would use an ice pack. About 15min in total, compression sleeve around my foot and ankle through the night. This morning I want to go run simply because I’m free of that excruciating pain🥹. It’s not completely gone but I figure repetition will fix this issue. I’ve been watching you all for years. Every tactic helps, even for me at 6ft9. Thank you

I have a question. My foot pain hurts exactly where you said it was likely to occur (at 1:58). However, I have no issues stretching my toe all the way backwards. Does this mean my heel pain is NOT plantar fasciitis? I still have the symptoms you describe but I want to make sure I’m not mistaking plantar fasciitis for something else.

Five years ago I started this journey with my left foot. Constant oedema in my ankle and foot. Now it goes up to the knee. I was recently diagnosed with EDS hyper mobility. I have flat feet and now my left foot has a fallen arch. I was also diagnosed with Mortens neuroma. And now I have plantar fasciitis. Is it all to do with the EDSh? I’m going to buy crutches because it hurts so bad. I’m tired of being in pain. I have orthotics - they help but they don’t cure. I do stretching but it’s too much some times and not helping like I hoped. What else can I do?

I have developed this in both damn feet. I'm 43 and have been in treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia for 4 years now. It seems to be related to one of the chemotherapy drugs I was blasted with, several of which are known to cause damage to bones, ligaments and joints. It's really hindering my mobility at this point. It's at its worst in the evenings after I remove my work boots to relax. When I stand, I can barely walk. It sucks when I get out of bed as well. Ughhh. It's never ending what you've got to deal with after an extreme chemotherapy regimen.

Bob and Brad, in January 2019 I dropped a 45 lb gym free weight. I’m about 390-410 lbs at 6’5” I know I need to lose weight to help it. What is the maximum amount of hours should you stand on your feet before sitting down? Also I can change footwear and my sliders aka sandals are best for the pain

I've been told a few times that what I have is this from non foot doctors. Though what I have doesn't really fit with your description. Whatever it is, I think it may be along it, thus leading to a misdiagnosis. It's a large mass in the arch of my foot. I think it may be some scar tissue of some kind. Though there is a slight bump in a similar area on the opposite sole of my foot. My foot still has mobility (easily getting to a 45 degree angle from a neutral position without pain, even with added pressure.), and any pain that I do get as a result is usually after an extended amount of time on my feet.
