I've had cuts, various pains and injuries, but no pain has ever made adult, testosterone-charged, grown man me weep like a baby like plantar fasciitis did. @g8slavin2172 жыл бұрын
@@aminankit411 it's definitely a lot better now! I used to feel it right away with my first steps in the morning, but now that parts pretty much gone and I only have some discomfort later on in the day. I've made it a habit to do the stretches and the alphabet exercise from the video before getting out of bed and any time I'm sitting down watching tv. Ideally you would want to keep weight off your foot as much as possible, but I'm always on the go so I always have it in the back of my mind to be careful with my weight distribution. Normally I used to walk with the balls of my feet but now I try to involve my heel a bit more. I've also found some plantar fasciitis insoles at my local drug store, and those have helped a lot but they get uncomfortable on both feet after standing for a few hours. My plantar fasciitis is so painful I didn't know what it was when it first started 6 months ago. I got out of bed in the morning and I thought my heel was broke my ligaments, tendons that my Arch were torn the pain was unreal? My doctor suggested to go to a podiatrist and get injections well that's not going to happen. I had injections in my left foot due to a broken bone, not only did it didn't help the pain was so bad from the shots I cried my eyes out. This physical therapy is really helping me and my doctor also suggested freeze a typical bottle of drinking water and roll your foot on it from your toes through your arch and then around your heels that feels wonderful. That helps so much with that excruciating pain. I'm 60 years old now and I hope this isn't going to be chronic for the rest of my life 😭

I have a question! Now, all my weight goes onto my heels, and recently (within the past six months) my Achilles right on my ankle has had the sensation of burning. Is that Plantar Fasciitis? The pain is more unbearable in the ankle area, but I've put the weight on my heels since I was about 10.

No plantar fasciitis is about your arch that’s causing pain in your heel

I have developed this in both damn feet. I'm 43 and have been in treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia for 4 years now. It seems to be related to one of the chemotherapy drugs I was blasted with, several of which are known to cause damage to bones, ligaments and joints. It's really hindering my mobility at this point. It's at its worst in the evenings after I remove my work boots to relax. When I stand, I can barely walk. It sucks when I get out of bed as well. Ughhh. It's never ending what you've got to deal with after an extreme chemotherapy regimen.

The entire bottom of my foot hurts, no particular spot. Painful to walk and even when I'm off my feet, they throb like my entire foot has a heart beat. Top of the joints in my toes you can't even touch, i jump in pain. Toes hurt to bend. Both feet feel this way.

Both of my feet are in severe pain. It's the worst when I get up in the morning and take my first few steps or if I've been sitting a long time. The pain extends from my heels to the balls of both feet. Walking does help. Is it normal to have it in both feet with the same severity at the same time? Thank you.

Bob and Brad, in January 2019 I dropped a 45 lb gym free weight. I suffered 3 fractures and one of them was a open toe fracture. 3-4 months later I was working 12 hour shifts back to back at a job with comfortable sneakers and the heal area of the plantar fasciitis was hurting by the end of shift and my foot the next day the pain amplified and started hurting the ankle is that normal? I’m about 390-410 lbs at 6’5” I know I need to lose weight to help it. What is the maximum amount of hours should you stand on your feet before sitting down? Also I can change footwear and my sliders aka sandals are best for the pain
@Kenny-li4hs2 жыл бұрын
You need to lose that weight brother I’m going through the same thing I work 10 hour shifts and with the proper footwear and soles it got better I still feel some pain at the end of the shift but a few mins massaging on your feet actually help but definitely lose weight cos the bigger you are the more weak your hip flexors are

I've been told a few times that what I have is this from non foot doctors. Though what I have doesn't really fit with your description. Whatever it is, I think it may be along it, thus leading to a misdiagnosis. It's a large mass in the arch of my foot. I think it may be some scar tissue of some kind. Though there is a slight bump in a similar area on the opposite sole of my foot. My foot still has mobility (easily getting to a 45 degree angle from a neutral position without pain, even with added pressure.), and any pain that I do get as a result is usually after an extended amount of time on my feet.
@IchiroFuma8 жыл бұрын
physicaltherapyvideo Yes. Been there years. I'm fairly certain that it's a Plantar Fibroma.
